Statement of the Depositary's responsibilities regarding the financial statements of the Company:
The Depositary is responsible to take, keep and update the property titles of the Company. Under the Regulations relating to the Annual Reports, it is the duty of the Depositary to enquire into the procedures followed by the Authorised Corporate Director in the management of the Company, in each accounting period and to report thereon to the shareholders on the matters prescribed by the Regulations. A copy of the Depositary's report is included in this report.

The Depositary is responsible for the safekeeping of all the properties of the Company (other than tangible moveable properties) that are entrusted to him and for the collection of income that arise from these properties.
It is the duty of the Depositary to take the necessary precautions to ensure that the Company is managed in accordance with the Financial Services Authority's Collective Investment Schemes sourcebook (COLL), as amended, the Open-Ended Investment Companies Regulations 2001 (SI 2001 / 1228), as amended ("the OEIC Regulations"), the Company's Instrument of Incorporation and Prospectus, in relation to the pricing of, and dealings in, shares in the Company; the application of income in the Company; and the investment and borrowing powers applicable to the Company. Having carried out such procedures as we consider necessary to discharge our responsibilities as Depositary of the Company, it is our judgment, based on the information available to us and the explanations provided by the Authorised Corporate Director, that in all material respects, the numbers given hereafter are true and accurate.
